We at KIDZBOP LLC. have been working over the last ten years to deliver safe and entertaining music for kids via our KIDZ BOP CDs ("today's biggest hits sung by kids for kids"). Thanks to you and your children, we are happy to say we are the number one music brand for children ages 5-12 and have sold more than 11 million KIDZ BOP CDs to date!

Our mission with our music offering has been to entertain and empower children to express themselves through safe, age-appropriate, popular music. With KIDZBOP.com, we wanted to extend our mission to online and create a FREE and SAFE social network and video sharing site just for kids! Allowing children the ability to be social and safe certainly has many challenges and over the last five years we have worked hard to meet these challenges and provide an online environment for your child that is safe and fun and teaches children how to be creative with technology. We imagine you might have a lot of questions, so we created this section just for Parents so you can better understand our site and how your children can use it.

What is KIDZBOP.com

KIDZBOP.com is the FREE and SAFE social network and video sharing site just for kids. When a child under the age of 13 registers for an account, we send you an email asking for your consent. If you give registration consent, your child will have access to all of our interactive features described below. If you decline consent, we will automatically delete the information your child gave us during registration from our database. Pre-Screened User-Generated Content

At KIDZBOP.com, we offer our Members the ability to express themselves safely by uploading user-generated content (videos and photos). Through our creativity tools, children are encouraged to express themselves by making their own Webshows or running their own video Super Contests. This is always done safely @ KIDZBOP.com, as the content your child uploads is always pre-screened via our trained moderation staff "THE KIDZ BOP SQUAD" to ensure your child NEVER shares or displays any Personally Identifiable Information.

Also, to make sure you are kept up to date on your child's uploading behavior we will:

• Email you upon receiving user-generated content from your child: Every time your child uploads any content to our site we will email you to let you know that your child's content has been received and that we are reviewing it.
• Email you after moderating your child's content: After reviewing your child's content, we will email you to let you know whether or not your child's content followed the Kidz Bop Rules of Play.

If the content IS approved, we will email you a link to view the content on our site. If you do not approve of the content your child has uploaded, your child has the ability to delete any user-generated content at anytime from their Profile page.

If the content is NOT approved, we will email you and let you know the reason the content was flagged. Flagged content will NOT appear on our site and will be automatically deleted from our database.

SafeText Messaging System

At KIDZBOP.com Members can safely express themselves (via our "SafeText Messaging System") by creating "Status" updates on their Profile pages. They can also send and receive Friend Requests with other Members on our site. If your child and another Member become friends, we allow them to post text comments, via our "SafeText Messaging System," on each others' videos, photos and Profile pages.

To ensure the safety of this communication, we have implemented state-of-the-art Crisp Thinking's Net Moderator system (http://www.crispthinking.com/solution-U13.htm), which contains automatic filters that prevent members from easily sharing any Personally Identifiable Information (including but not limited to school names, city names and numbers of any kind - both alpha and numeric). The system filters the text and makes sure the words and/or phrases do not match a set of pre-determined words that are not allowed. Net Moderator also consists of a back end moderation system which alerts our moderators to possible infractions that we can then investigate.

While we are confident our SafeText Messaging System makes it difficult to easily publish Personally Identifiable Information, we understand that no system is perfect and our Members may find ways of circumventing our filters. To that point, we ask that all parents talk to their children about never giving any Personally Identifiable Information to another user and, if they do come in contact with another Member who has revealed Personally Identifiable Information, we ask that your child report this abuse by easily clicking on the "Report" button located next to the text.

SafeText 3 Strike Policy

Here at KIDZBOP.com we have a 3 strike policy. If one of your child's Safe Text comments is flagged by another user and found to be objectionable, we will send you an email providing the message that was flagged and explaining why it was found to be objectionable. We will also send your child an Alert to their Profile. If one of their messages is flagged and found to be objectionable a total of 3 times, the KIDZ BOP Squad will automatically delete their account.

Email Alerts

During registration we asked your child if they would like to receive email Alerts from KIDZBOP.com. Alerts are notifications that we send to your child's profile page and, if your child requests, to their provided email address. Your child's email address will never be revealed by us on the site and will never be shared with a third Party for any reason.

We will ONLY send your child an Alert via email for the following reasons:

• When a KIDZBOP.com Member sends your child a Friend Request;
• When a KIDZBOP.com Member sends your child a pre-screened Video Shout Out;
• When a KIDZBOP.com Member sends your child a pre-screened Webshow Video Shout Out;
• When a KIDZBOP.com Member sends your child a pre-screened Video Shoutback to one of their videos;
• When a KIDZBOP.com Member sends your child a Music Dedication;
• When your child's Video, Video Greeting, Video Shout Out, Video Shoutback, Webshow, Super Contest or Photo has been Approved or Flagged;
• When we send your child a private KIDZ BOP Message alerting them that they've won a contest, that they're featured somewhere on the site, or answering a question they've posted in our Feedback section and
• When we announce new product features, special offers or new content from KIDZ BOP or our partners via "KIDZ BOP Broadcast Announcements".

Text Alerts

After registration children may provide their own phone number if they wish to receive KIDZ BOP Text Alerts. Text Alerts are SMS notifications that we send to your child's phone number. Message and data rates may apply. Your child will not receive Text Alerts until 48 hours after they sign up. They can change or cancel their Alerts at any time from their Profile Settings page. Your child's phone number will never be revealed by us on the site and will never be shared with a 3rd Party for any reason. If your child gives us their phone number to receive Text Alerts we send the parent an email notifying them of this and provide the parent the ability to deactivate Text Alerts for the child's account. If the parent decides to deactivate Text Alerts we will delete the child's phone number from our database.

We will only send your child a Text Alert for the following reasons:

• Profile Update: to update your child on their Profile activity on the site (new friend requests, new Wall comments, new Video comments, new Photo comments, new Fan Page comments, new Shout Out videos). We will send up to 1 Profile Update SMS message per day.
• Upload Update: when your child's Video, Video Greeting, Video Shout Out, Video Shoutback, Webshow, Super Contest, Fan Page, or Photo has been approved and posted to the site.
• KIDZ BOP Update: when we announce new product features, special offers or new content from KIDZ BOP or our partners via "KIDZ BOP Broadcast Announcements." We will send 1-2 KIDZ BOP Update SMS messages per week.

How We Maintain Safety: The KIDZ BOP Rules of Play

In order to maintain a safe community, you need strict rules. At KIDZBOP.com we employ our "KIDZ BOP Rules of Play." These rules were crafted to ensure that your child never shares any Personally Identifiable Information or includes anything that is inappropriate for children under 13 years of age. Upon registration at our site, your child agreed to abide by these rules. In addition, every time they upload any video or photo content we make them agree to our Rules of Play, reminding them of what is and is not okay to share on our website.

KIDZBOP.com is a fun and safe place for you to share your talents and interests with friends and family, and check out other kids doing stuff they love. If everyone follows the guidelines below, it will stay that way.

Before using our SafeText feature you must agree to that you will use the SafeText feature responsibly and the messages you write will follow these rules:

• NO numbers either numeric (example: "4") or written (example: "Four"). The only number allowed is "one".
• NO personally identifiable information including my last name, phone number, website, email address, city/town, street address, zip code or school name.
• NO profanity or suggestive/explicit communication of any kind.
• NO cyber bullying or rude comments of any kind.
• ENGLISH ONLY For your safety and the safety of others, English is the only acceptable language on KIDZBOP.com.

These rules are made to protect your safety and keep KIDZBOP.com a safe place for everyone.

Here at KIDZBOP.com we have a 3 strike policy. VIDEOS & PHOTOS

The KIDZ BOP Squad reviews every video and photo uploaded before it appears on the site. This ensures everyone's safety.

We will NOT publish videos or photos that contain any of the following:

• Personally identifiable information of any kind, including full names (first names are okay), addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, school names, personal websites, etc.
• Cyber bullying
• Gossip or rude/negative comments about another member or child
• Real or mock violence
• Dangerous stunts
• Full or partial nudity
• Obscene and/or offensive material
• Negative stereotypes
• Offensive language
• Offensive song lyrics
• URLs to other websites
• Technical Difficulties (no sound or image)
• Copyrighted clips from a TV show, movie or music video
• Non-English Content
• Contest Intros that offer any real prize(s) - only virtual prizes provided on the website are allowed
• Information about feelings that are very private
• Encouragement of negative behavior and/or self harm

Remember, if you upload a video or photo that breaks our rules, not only will we NOT put it on the site, we will send your parent an e-mail alerting them to what happened.

Advertising and Commerce on KIDZBOP.com

While KIDZBOP.com is a FREE site for our users we are a business that makes revenue through the following methods:

• Advertising and Sponsorships: Throughout the site, we display age-appropriate commercial messages via various methods. Primarily, we use banner ads and pre-roll video ads. We sell these advertisements directly and have partners that sell them on our behalf. These ads are always pre-screened to make sure they are age-appropriate and we also adhere to CARU's guidelines. For instance, when a user clicks on a banner advertisement on KIDZBOP.com, they will always first be shown a "bridge page" that indicates the user is now leaving KIDZBOP.com and for them to check with their parents to make sure they approve them visiting the advertised site. • Commerce: Throughout the site we also link to our commerce site KIDZBOPSHOP.com where we sell our KIDZBOP and child appropriate music products. KIDZBOPSHOP.com is a COPPA compliant commerce site that requires users to indicate that they are 18 years of age to make a purchase. In addition, we also link to Apple's iTunes Store for purchase of our KIDZBOP music products.
