I think when you have been mature in the past your parents will give you more freedom, but in the meantime try to follow all rules and be respectfu. even clean your room or something without being asked. All of your hard work will pay off!
I think, being able to say what you need to say, is a HUGE sign of maturity.
I think it means that you are resonsible to do things by yourself like stay home alone, hang out with your friends, and sleepovers.
